Leadership
Victor Chaltiel
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
HealthDataInsights was conceived by its Chairman and CEO, Mr. Victor
Chaltiel. He has 35 years of experience as an executive in the healthcare
industry and currently serves as Founder & Chairman of RedHills
Ventures LLC, the Company's principal investor.
For five years, from August 1994 to August 1999, Mr. Chaltiel served
as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of publicly held
Total Renal Care Holdings, Inc. now Davita (NYSE: DVA), the nation's second
largest provider of renal dialysis services with annual revenues then
in excess of $1 Billion.
Before joining Total Renal Care, Mr. Chaltiel served for more than five
years (1989-1994) as Chairman and CEO of then publicly listed Total Pharmaceutical
Care, a leading provider of home healthcare and infusion therapy services,
which was acquired by Abbey now known as Apria Healthcare Group (NYSE:
AHG). From 1985 to 1988, Mr. Chaltiel served as President, Chief Operating
Officer and a Director of Salick Health Care, Inc. a then publicly-held
company focusing on the development of outpatient cancer and dialysis
treatment centers, which was later acquired by Zeneca (NYSE: ZEN).
Prior to May 1985, Mr. Chaltiel was associated for 18 years with Baxter
International, Inc. (NYSE: BAX), holding numerous corporate and
divisional management positions, including Corporate Group Vice
President, responsible for International operations and five domestic
divisions (revenues in excess of $1 Billion); President of Baxter's
Artificial Organs (Dialysis) Division);Vice President of its International
Division; Area Managing Director for Europe; and President of French
operations. During his tenure with Baxter, Mr. Chaltiel was instrumental
in the successful development and worldwide commercialization of
Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD), currently the
leading home dialysis treatment modality. He was honored by the
National Kidney Foundations of both Northern and Southern California,
as well as New York and the Capitol Area.
Mr. Chaltiel is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure des Sciences
Economiques et Commerciales (Essec, Paris, France), and holds a
Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business
School.

Andrea Benko
Founder & President
Andrea Benko has more than 20 years experience in the health care industry
and currently serves as Founder & President of HealthDataInsights
Inc.
Prior to founding HealthDataInsights, Ms. Benko served during 1998
- 1999, first as consultant, then as Vice President, Mergers, Acquisitions
& Business Development of publicly held Total Renal Care, now Davita
(NYSE:DVA), the nation's second largest provider of renal dialysis services
with annual revenues then in excess of $1 billion.
Prior to Total Renal Care, she founded Total Physician Services, Inc.
and served as its President & CEO for two years. TPS was a physician
practice management company focused on HIV, with networks of physicians
in Florida, New York and California, producing revenues in excess of $36
million. Before founding TPS, Ms. Benko served two years as President
& CEO of Vesicare, Inc., evaluating an existing women's diagnostic
mobile health business focused initially on incontinence testing and marketed
directly to consumers and payers.
Ms. Benko served for five years (1990 - 1994) in various capacities at
Total Pharmaceutical Care, Inc., (which went public in 1991) a leading
provider of home healthcare and infusion therapy services, which was acquired
in 1993 by Abbey and is now known as Apria Health Care Group (NYSE; AHG).
She held the following positions: Executive Vice President, AHG; Executive
Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Business Development, TPC; Senior
Vice President, Sales Marketing & Business Development, TPC. The Company
grew from a startup with net revenues of $10 million, 9 branches and 10
sales representatives to (at the time the company was acquired) a 45 branch
nationwide network with 60 representatives, a run-rate of $150 million
net revenues and operating profits of $31 million. Approximately 50% of
the growth was internal through new clinical program development, including
managed care programs, and 50% was through acquisitions.
Prior to joining TPC, Ms. Benko spent nine years in the clinical laboratory
industry in mergers & acquisitions, business development, sales management
and sales and two years as a registered nurse at a burn center.
Ms. Benko holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors, Sigma
Theta Tau, from Wayne State University and holds a Masters Degree
in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

Lane Edenburn
Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Lane Edenburn brings more than 15 years health care industry experience to the HDI management team.
Immediately prior to joining HealthDataInsights,
Mr. Edenburn served from February 2004 to June 2005 as the Branch Manager for Benefit Integrity (fraud and abuse),
Debt Management (Overpayments) and Medicare Secondary Payer functions for the Region IX office of the Centers
for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in San Francisco.
Prior to CMS, Mr. Edenburn was engaged in the private practice of law in Texas, focusing on healthcare, technology,
and corporate matters in both law firm and in-house capacities.
From 1997 – 2001, Mr. Edenburn served in a variety of roles with a publicly-traded physician practice management company
(the nation’s largest single-specialty practice management company dedicated to ophthalmology and optometry,
with practices in 26 states).
Mr. Edenburn served as Vice President--Managed Care/Legal, before becoming Vice President and General Counsel.
Mr. Edenburn holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Southwest State University, and a juris doctorate degree,
with honors, from the Creighton University School of Law.

Amar Chahal, MD, MBA
Chairman, Technology Advisory Board
Amar P.S. Chahal, MD, MBA has worked on software architecture and design
in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry for over ten years. His
early work included the use of databases and black-box economics methodologies
to track and manage multi-national costs of disease and its relationship
to quality and outcomes.
He has since led consulting and development teams for financial, clinical,
scheduling and research oriented software. Dr. Chahal is a co-founder
of companies in technology consulting, internet-based object design and
collaboration, and peer-to-peer and wireless technologies.
He has published and spoken on the use of the Internet, and is a designer
of software tools in outcomes, clinical research, scheduling and cost
control.
Dr. Chahal holds an MBA from Columbia University, New York; an MBBS
(MD) from the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, India; and is
a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS), Edinburgh, Scotland.
From 1982 to 1989 Dr. Chahal was a resident, and later practiced
orthopedic and vascular surgery in London, England.

William F. Keane, MD
Chairman, Quality Advisory Board
William F. Keane, MD, is Vice President, Clinical Development for Merck
& Co., a leading U.S. pharmaceutical company. In addition to his responsibilities
at Merck & Co., Dr. Keane serves as President of the National Kidney
Foundation.
Dr. Keane has served as Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Hennepin
County Medical Center, Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was also Vice-Chair
of the Department of Medicine and Professor of Medicine and Pharmacy at
the University of Minnesota Medical School, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Dr. Keane has published more than 220 articles, 40 book chapters, and
70 review articles. He has co-edited a number of issues of Kidney International.
He serves on the editorial boards of Kidney International, the Journal
of Laboratory and Clinical Medicine, and the American Journal of
Nephrology, and is a manuscript reviewer for more than a dozen other
journals. Dr. Keane belongs to numerous medical societies and organizations,
including the Central Society for Clinical Research, The American Society
of Nephrology, and the International Society of Nephrology.
After receiving his B.S. degree from Fordham College, Bronx, New York,
and his degree from Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven,
Connecticut, Dr. Keane interned and served as Chief Medical Resident
at Cornell-New York Hospital Medical Center. His post-graduate training
also included a fellowship in nephrology at the University of Minnesota.

Donald L. Miller
Chairman, Payers/Members Advisory Board
Donald L. Miller is the retired Chief Executive Officer, Publisher, and
Founder of Our World News, a national general interest newsweekly
targeted primarily to the African-American audience.
Prior to Our World News, Mr. Miller served for nine years as Vice
President, Employee Relations at Dow Jones & Company. Mr. Miller also
held senior-level positions in industrial and employee relations at Consolidated
Edison, International Paper, Columbia University and Seatrain Ship Building.
He served as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense from 1971 to 1973.
Mr. Miller is currently a member of the Board of Directors of The Bank
of New York Inc., Shering-Plough Corporation and is Chairman Emeritus
of the Associated Black Charities of New York.
Mr. Miller received his BA degree from the University of Maryland
and completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard
Business School.
