HDI's Claims Negotiation Service is designed to detect, reduce, and affect savings on billed services that represent overcharges. Our proprietary HealthMark Technologies also identifies fee-for-service, discount, or DRG arrangements subject to an adjustment after payment is made.

Claim Negotiation Services

Our negotiators are experienced in hospital and physician business practices, and have prior supervisory and/or management experience in a healthcare setting. We prescreen the following for maximum claim negotiation return:

Our experienced staff negotiates discounts on unpaid claims. The key to successful negotiations is knowing the providers' contract experience. With HDI's HealthMark Technologies database, we are aware of maximum discounts provided by the hospital or physician.

HDI obtains a signed agreement from the provider on all negotiated discounts. As soon as we receive the signed agreement, the results are immediately sent to our client so that a prompt payment can be initiated.

Our goal is to provide our clients with the negotiation results within three days. Since many providers are familiar with our organization, negotiation results can often be realized within the same day.
