key to successful negotiations is knowing the providers' contract
experience. With HDI's HealthMark Technologies database, we are
aware of maximum discounts provided by the hospital
or physician.
HDI obtains a signed agreement from the provider on all negotiated discounts. As soon as we receive the signed agreement, the results are immediately sent to our client so that a prompt payment can be initiated.
Our goal is to provide our clients with the negotiation results within three days. Since many providers are familiar with our organization, negotiation results can often be realized within the same day.
