Prior to joining GRP Partners in 2003, Michael was an Executive Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley & Co. Previously, Michael had spent eight years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, most recently as a Senior Vice President in DLJ's Investment Banking Division. While at DLJ, Michael was focused on the structuring and execution of strategic merger and acquisition transactions, leveraged finance and private equity transactions primarily in the healthcare, specialty retail and technology industries.

Michael attended Princeton University where he received a BA, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of HealthDataInights, Michael also sits on the Board of OnTech.
